What rentals do you offer?

Furnished and unfurnished single-family homes in highly desirable areas.

Where are the homes located?

  • Most properties are 10–15 minutes from Little Rock AFB, hospitals, and major employers.

  • All homes are in quiet, safe neighborhoods near restaurants and shopping.

  • All homes available currently are located in North Little Rock, AR, but will soon have homes available in Sherwood, AR.

Do you offer military discounts?

Yes. Application fees waived and reduced deposits for Air Force and active-duty military. Most deposits are $1,500 for our homes but are reduced to $500 for Air Force and active-duty military.

What sizes of homes do you have?

Mostly 1,200–2,000 sq ft, with: 2–3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2-car garages

What is included with a furnished home and average monthly rent?

Our furnished homes come fully ready to live in. You get:

  • Designer furniture in every room, that also includes rugs, curtains, and decor set up by a local designer

  • Plush, high-end bedding and mattresses

  • Smart TVs

  • Stocked kitchen essentials

  • Stainless appliances, washer and dryer

  • All utilities included and high-speed internet

Average monthly rent for furnished homes is $2,700-$3,100 per month. Get a beautifully furnished home for less renting with us than you would owning a similar home and buying all the furniture and decor.

What is included with an unfurnished home and average monthly rent?

  • Freshly remodeled interiors by a local designer (paint, flooring, lighting, fixtures, etc.)

  • New Kitchen Appliances and washer/dryer

  • Most have 2 car garages

  • Always located in a quiet, safe, highly desirable neighborhoods

  • Responsive, local management for maintenance and support

Average monthly rent for unfurnished homes is $1,900-$2,300 per month. Price includes high speed internet and all utilities, except electric. May include electric into rental payment for an extra fee. You’ll pay less renting with us than you would owning a similar home once you factor in mortgage, taxes, and insurance.

Are pets allowed?

  • A non-refundable pet fee may apply. Contact us before applying.

What lease terms do you offer?

  • Short-term (furnished)

  • Mid-term (unfurnished or furnished)

  • Long-term (unfurnished or furnished)

Flexible to your needs. Also, discounts are applied to monthly rent when 9-month, 12 month, and longer leases are signed.

What if the home I want isn’t available?

Do you have a referral bonus?

Yes—$500 when someone you refer signs a lease.

How fast can I move in?

Furnished homes: same day or next day depending on availability.

Unfurnished: usually very quick.
